It's time to register for the BEAC Weekend! Rekindle old friendships and ignite new ones at the inaugural Black Experience Alumni Committee (BEAC) Weekend. Events are designed to provide opportunities to bridge the gap between students and alumni, build lasting relationships, prepare for the future by supporting and uplifting Black students at IUP, and maintain the culture as alumni are reconnected to their alma mater. 

Parking Information: Weekdays before 5:00 p.m.- parking is available in any pay-by-space lot (including the parking garage). Weekends (all day) and weekdays after 5:00 p.m.- parking is free of charge in any campus space (including parking garage),  except for handicapped and reserved parking spaces. 
If visiting Breezedale Alumni Center, there are also metered spaces along School Street.

Sponsors for BEAC Weekend are being sought to help defray overhead costs of events, as well as costs for students to attend the networking and gala events. Sponsors will be recognized at those events. All proceeds in excess of expenses will be donated to the African American Alumni Scholarship Fund. IUP Black Experience Roundtable Lunch John Sutton Hall | Blue Room 1011 South St. | Indiana, PA 15705 COLLABORATE! As we seek to promote unity and open dialogue between IUP students, alumni, faculty, and administrators, join us for roundtable discussions focused on ways to move forward and improve the campus climate for black students. Please provide topics or questions you would like discussed. The planning committee will select discussion starters from these submissions to keep conversations productive. Questions will be provided to participants in advance via email. Dress is business casual. There is no cost to attend, but registration is limited.  Menu Options:  1. One Ocean Slider-lemon aioli, red bell pepper, celery, tail and claw lobster roll     One Earth Slider-tenderloin of beef medallions with horseradish creme, arugula, potato slider roll 2.
